Financing

Revenue-based financing

Revenue-based financing gives your business capital for inventory, operations, equipment and growth. Funding partners assess your business revenue, trading history and current commitments.

You could have funds in your business account in as soon as 24 hours.+

+ For eligible revenue-based financing applications, after approval and completion of required documents. Subject to funder and banking timelines, cut-off times and business days. Funding within 24 hours is not guaranteed. Asset and crypto products have separate timelines.

A soft credit check is used for the initial assessment. Asset-backed financing and crypto-backed loans have separate criteria.

02

Financing

Asset-backed financing

Asset-backed financing is secured against eligible equipment or property you own. Availability and amounts are subject to valuation, documentation and funder assessment, and the criteria and timelines are separate from revenue-based financing.

Your personal funding specialist will explain what documentation is needed and how the asset is assessed before you proceed.

03

Loan

Crypto-backed loans

A crypto-backed loan uses eligible digital assets as collateral. Before you accept any offer, it’s important to understand exactly how the collateral is held and what can happen if its value moves. Criteria and timelines are separate from our other products.

Custody
Your pledged digital assets are held as collateral for the life of the loan, under the custody arrangement set out in the loan agreement. You won’t be able to move or sell them until the loan is repaid.
Loan-to-value (LTV)
The loan amount is a percentage of the current market value of your pledged assets. As the market value changes, your LTV changes too.
Margin calls
If the value of your collateral falls and your LTV rises past the threshold in your agreement, you may be required to add collateral or repay part of the loan within a set period.
Liquidation
If a margin call isn’t met, or the LTV reaches the liquidation level in your agreement, some or all of your collateral may be sold to cover the loan. Liquidation is possible — digital asset prices can move quickly.

Exact thresholds, timelines and custody terms are set by the funder and stated in your loan agreement.
