To the fullest extent permitted by law, theBNK is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from service use, funding outcomes, or third-party provider actions.

You agree to indemnify and hold theBNK harmless from claims, losses, or liabilities resulting from misuse, false information, or violation of these Terms.

All website content, branding, systems, and materials are the property of theBNK unless otherwise stated.

By using our platform, you consent to receiving notices, disclosures, agreements, and communications electronically.

We aim to resolve disputes informally first. If unresolved, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with Ontario law, unless prohibited by applicable law.

theBNK is not responsible for service disruptions caused by events beyond reasonable control, including cyberattacks, regulatory actions, natural disasters, or infrastructure failures.
